Breakdown year decoding for 2003

Heey guys, 

 

I could not identifiy the model year if the guzzi that i want to buy. 

Can somebody help me with this VIN number? 

ZGUKTA0102M111195

On the topic of JRT, VIN numbers is counted up to 16, I have 17 numbers.

According to several people here, and information I have seen elsewhere, the tenth digit of the number is the year it was built, so that bike was built in 2002.

The number you quoted in your post is identical to the number on my V11 Le Mans , except for the  last three digits. Yours ends with 195, mine with 456, otherwise all the same.

My V11 Le Mans was delivered and first registered in Germany in May, 2003.

Hey mate, its OK for me, as much as i know, 2002 is the major breakdown year for this model. All speedo e.t.c changes are done by this year. So its the most recent version. 

And as you said, its very likely to see +1 registration year on exported motorcycle by the time being.
