I finally printed the TPS instructions, set all of the settings as instructed, and all is sounding and idling nicely. At this point, I'm next to address the TPS itself, and I wimped out. I have a voltmeter, but not the Casper harness to easily connect to the TPS. I didn't want to mess anything up so I stopped there. To save $40, I bought this with the hopes it fits and I can build my own for a mere $8.

Also replacing the bolts with nicer hex-head equivalents as described in one of the posts ("decent tune-up" maybe? )

Well, it turned out the one I bought from Amazon is the wrong size, so I looked at the one you mentioned. It, too, is the wrong size.
