Kapiti kiwi Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Hi guys so I have some staintune mufflers but sadly they are dented badly from prior storage I’m guessing I have a local motorcycle mufflers shop nearby ‘cycle works” I also have some other no name mufflers in black but they are very open or free flow with removable baffles my question is if they are to free flowing what do you have to do to correct fueling is it that CO trim I’ve heard about bike is has crossover pipe as well otherwise stock
Kapiti kiwi Posted August 23 Author Posted August 23 I’m in two minds, about getting staintune mufflers repaired ie re skinned or get cycle works to make new link pipes for these black mufflers as my bike is basically All Black now bar pork chops and bars for now
pete roper Posted August 23 Posted August 23 If you can get the ‘Toons repaired it will probably be worth it. A V11 with ‘Toons is one of the best sounding motorcycles ever built. As for getting it to run right? First a proper tune up, then remapif you feel it needs it. 1

Probably won't need to make any fuelling adjustments but if you do start familiarising yourself with Guzzidiag. It's free and awesome for tuning. Phil 1
