The word is JUGS not tits. "Jugs" is American slang for both cylinders (I punched the jugs on my Chevy 40 thou over) and a woman's breasts (She's got nice jugs). I've never heard of an engines cylinders being called tits in English, they maybe in another language but not English. The joke is a word play.
