Advise on smaller indicators

Jock Guzzi

Recommended Posts

So here's the deal.

New Ballabio, front mudguard and tail piece now sprayed red to match the tank and fairing, Guzzi titanium cans added and new smaller rear light / number plate holder intsalled.

But standard indicators too big (see picture), so need smaller replacements (must be black). But as we all know, most after market replacement indicators are poor quality bulbs blowing every month pieces of crap.

So any suggestions re where I might get some reliable high quality replacements.

Cheers.

Great looking Ballabio! I would look for the German made Kellermans, very small and powerful, but not cheap, the last place I remember seeing them in a specialty Ducati shop in Germany called Ducati Shed.I have some on my 998 but I am not techologically advanced to send pics .yet.Cheers

Could you move the taillight further forward, under the cowling? :huh2:

But it looks like the turnsignals would then hide behind the mufflers

Nice looking bike.

Have you checked out Kellermann's halogen turnsignals.

Their bar-end signals are very nice.kellermann3.jpg

Great looking bike jock, where did you get the rear light /number plate holder from.

Rear light / number plate holder from Corsa Italiana in London (020 8540 7155). Brian at Corsa is very helpful.

Hi Macguzzi

Do you have LEDs in your RS250 tailamp?

If not I have a quality LED board for an RS250 from Nippy Normans which I bought by mistake last year and has never been used.

Let me know if you want it, and I'll flog it for a sensible price. Its similar to the one on my V11.

Here is a pic of the LED board in my V11- they simply plug into the bulb holder and are much brighter and come on quicker than standard.

cheers
