Guzzirider Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 The Pennine branch of the Moto Guzzi Club GB are hosting a Summer Camp at the Causeway Foot Inn, near Ogden Water in Yorkshire on the 4th / 5th and 6th of August. There is a huge field to camp in behind the pub, and a B and B a few yards away if required. Tickets for campers are £5 for the weekend (but free to any visitors from abroad). The pub has 6 real ales on offer, and serves excellent food. Cooked breakfasts also available. The site is close to some of the best moorland roads in the country, and if you fancy a run out the Yorkshire Dales, Peak District and Lake District are all within reach. There is a large and very scenic reservoir 5 minutes walk from the campsite, plus woodland walks. Tickets will be advertised in the April edition of Gambalunga, but please drop me an email / PM if you are interested or need any more information.
