Guest jeremy
allright enough with the sturgis wise cracks, I love going every year, somthing about jumping on the centauro and being able to pass 150 bikes all in line in a no passing zone that just makes you feel like a man cheers
al_roethlisberger
In all seriousness, I hear that going to Sturgis, whether on a HD or not, is actually quite an "interesting" trip if one ever gets the opportunity. And the scenery in the Dakota hills is amazing. It looked like an awesome place to ride....

jrt
That's what I've heard them called as. It might have been a regional description. Perhaps on this forum we should call them 'Goose shooters"?

Guest Le Man
I think dlaing hit the 12 penny...the Ducati forum I was a member of had a pretty good participation record but it was based ,in part ,on our collective need for help to control the problems that plaque Ducati. Not to slam a great motorcycle but it does give the owners an inordinate share of trouble, way out of proportion to the cost and low total miles put on these bikes. I love the threads I am reading in this forum. Very little calamity. This may keep the participation low but for all the right reasons.
