Martin Barrett Posted April 24, 2006 Share Posted April 24, 2006 My throttle started to stick. When rolled off it wouldn't fully return. I took the twist grip apart and lubed it and the cable with WD40. In the motorway service station No further problems. I know now that WD40 will dry out and go sticky. Please help me. #60 87154[/snapback] Hi G, Lubricate all the linkages conecting the throttle bodies with some good penetrating fluid and you should be good to go.
