How about $100?

see how the 3k twill has a “grain”? While the factory stuff does not?

No, I have to send them the parts.. I’m sure it’ll take a bit. They are busy.
-
Ohhh good idea. I’ll pull mine off and send it along with the starter cover.
-
Certainly not as visually appealing as 3k twill... I’ll ship them my cover tomorrow and they are damn good at what they do. It would be nice to get pieces like this.
You can’t find factory stuff (unless it’s 2nd or more hand). My cover and fender is sun burned. Someone left the poor girl outside... a lot.

@cycles4fun sent you a pm

I’m having my carbon cover re made in 3k twill. I can ask if they can make ones using as close to the factory fabric as possible. If you guys are interested, let me know.

I have this tail rack and the mounting plates. Was on my bike when I bought it.
now that the bag can be acquired, maybe someone would like it? I have no use for it. Just not my ........ bag.

I’ve heard of those!
(Don’t let my original fork seals hear us!)
I used mine today and it worked! Fork leg is as dry as my humor. Yours went out in the post today @docc

Ooooh, where you get the carbon bodywork???
I sent a new tail fairing and my pillion cover plus a '03 fuel tank to Exotic Car Gear. They did all the laminating in 3k twill CF. It was $1,800 to do all 3 pieces.

In my opinion and experience in the field, anytime I do wiring work on my equipment I use marine grade tinned wire one size up. I have 100ft spools of of this exact stuff at my shop.
@docc have you thought about using a nice dollop of potting epoxy? Something like this?

I’m going to try and pawn this job off to the pro’s.. a new pump is unfairly priced. I got lucky and paid a reasonable amount for mine.
Be just my luck I ruin it....

Since I went with the in tank pump, I wanted to make sure I won’t have issues with those plastic disconnects. I found these: https://ziptyracing.com/products/fuel-pump-elbow-oem-8000ah2930-gte-fi-husky?_pos=1&_sid=4604f34df&_ss=r
you remove the plastic elbows, tap and thread the fuel pump base and screw these bad boys in.

I love that era, seeing a vintage Ferrari or Aston equipped with a set of Marchal’s gets me right in the feels...it’s a shame that storied brand is now being slapped on cheap ass Asian crap.
I found a company in France who specializes in finding exotic old school lighting and they have a few of these NOS.
So I had to get one.. if you do some more digging around there’s a guy with a site on Panteras and he goes into the lighting thing deep.

Just made my reservation!

Here is a nice pic of the shift side of my Motobits controls. I modified then with adjustable and folding toe pegs.

I'll take on the job of asking many of the questions about the suspension. Particularly what you are doing with the forks.
Looking forward to it
I am not using any factory Ohlins components. The forks are top secret till they arrive. I will say that they will have Mupo K911 Cartridges in them.

Pics of the really awesome headlight. These are independently adjustable for high and low beam. The pinnacle of Marchal

Really? Damn I hope it fixes mine. I don’t want to spend any more money on these soon to be wall art forks....

Thanks for the tip!

I was cleaning the Moto and noticed my right fork is just weeping a little bit. Amazon has one day delivery so I’m waiting for it. Since it was a 2 pack special I figure you could have the other one.

These would be new pieces made and they will be shiny just like the tail on my bike. I spoke with them a few minutes ago and they will make starter covers and chin pads. They do have the same fabric too.
