Now idle stop screw of right hand throttle body is fully back off. Should I touch this screw any more? Or let it be backed off?

　I did TPS&TB . Smoking idle problem solved! This forum is GOD.

Now I mesure Idle vol.my DVM indicates 900! Later I will redo the TPS and TB setting procedure. This Forum is great.

I replaced FPR but still rich. I tested 2 WRBER RPM-40 and a BOSCH 3.0 bar. connected Fuel pressure gauge to fuel return line indicated 3.6 bar! 3.6bar is too high I think. Manual says 3.0+-0.2. What is wrong?

today I checked filter and snokel.nothing wrong. I asked VW dealer for fuel pressure reg. got BOSCH 0 280 160 557 3.0bar . next week I will replace pressure reg and see what happen.

yes.richer is better than leaner. but for 40000km 7years,everything was fine . but since last winter both plugs black,smokin idle,exhaust gas smells fuel-ish. engine oil gettin black fast. I am doubting fuel relative system,or valve guides worn(somky exhaust gas).

thank you for reply. today I found very good condition DUCATI 1000DS throttle comp. including TPS,fuel pressure regulator (same as V11) will try to change TPS sensor and fuel pressure reg. thank you.

　fuel mixture too rich . TBs well synched,TPS value correct,case temp sensor resistance is correct. ignition coils are replaced, wires also. check all electric connection. fuel pump and filter are like new. next possibility is fuel pressure regulator. How do you think?

Does anyone know alternative fuel pressure regulator for V11? bosch`s for Volks wagen,audi 3bar type?

I replaced my tach to ULTRA stepping motor tacho gauge. I had been used for xlh883 for 11years,still alive with Guzzi V11. Just same diameter fit with small modification.

My shop gave advise to me that replace intake rubber boots every 2years. He said that rubber worn by UV and heat. How do you think ? I think ofcourse it is more safe but every 2 years is too much. My rubber boots bothside cracking surface, but does not seem leaking/sucking air.

I bought JINGUSHI throtttle pulley. not good for street use. That was not what dlaing wanted to have. Idle~1/4 is almost same as stock,but 1/2to full open more smaller degree of throttle grip. no profit for street,especially touring.

Staffe per silenziatori http://www.mistralspecialparts.it/accessori.html seems shorter. there are 2holes, lower for exaust upper hole for peg?
