  2. Just read this topic and I am surprised no one has taken into account tire bias!

I have tried a 160/60  and a 160/70 ....... I tried a 160/60 years ago and it wasn't all that spectacular and also made the speedometer error worse. Went to a 160/70 and found a much better tire! Turned quicker and speedometer error was less. Looked better too.

  3. I have a set as well. I used the ECU first and what a difference. No more feeling issues in the 3-5000 range! Works really well with the FBF pistons and PC3. I switch mufflers from time to time. I like the Mistral CF Cannes looks wise and the Ti cans sound wise. On a Rosso Mandello the Ti is okay but not a great match for the colours.

  4. I saw this mismatched LeMans in Nelson, British Columbia today. Very interesting bike. Greenie tank and seat with early forks but wide tear wheel and later clipons. License plate is California. Very interesting exhaust too ....... like a Quat-D but different.

  5. I may piss a few people off by saying I'm not all that impressed by this stunt. I do allow that it is creative and probably took a few hundred tries before it was workable but ........ snowmobilers have been doing stuff like this for years and they have even surfed (I can't find the video yet). There has even been guys taking those motorcycles that have a ski/track conversion and riding on water and what is very cool is they are ten times more manoeverable than this bike ........ just don't know of anyone brave enough to try surfing yet but it looks waaaaay more capable than this bike. I suppose the one aspect of this bike is that it can be ridden on land but that claptrap hanging off the bottom would seriously limit it's land ability.

I'll be impressed if he can do it on a bicycle ..........
