  1. Thank you so much, it was terrific fun putting it together but has come out that cool all because of the amazing photos that people have sent. I'll be publishing the other entries on our website. There are some terrific photos that unfortunately didn't make it ...

    Regards

    Joe

  2. Nice calendar Joe, I recognize, I have undervalue this photo competition.

Thank you ever so much to all those who have taken part and made the process fun! We have made the first shortlist which may be viewed here: http://www.photo.guzzista.com/

It has been incredibly difficult process to whittle it down to these and from here on in it'll get harder! All the images submitted will be posted on our website in due course.

    Thank you again and regards

  4. 'sfunny that, I was just saying the same thing a few moments ago to a pal of mine...I may well do that next year, but if I went I couldn't fly, I'd have to ride down there via Stelvio pass and Madello...you're right about the food...although I've many a good Ruby Murray in Brum in my time...but then with the prospect of having to do the ride all over again!

  5. ...I'm not surprised by that at all...I went a few times and apart from the place being rubbish, I would always go home with the feeling I'd been swindled...I only ever used to go to see the Guzzis anyway...I'll have to wait until they arrive for sale in the dealers and arrange some test rides.

    ...rip off Britain as usual...

  6. He's a good egg Ewan, has been into Guzzis for years, way before he was famous. He's been known to help small racing teams with sponsorship n stuff...there you go Gyles...and has been known to buy bikes off e-bay to do up, it's how he relaxes apparently.

    This, I hear is...or was...his:

last night's episode was excellent, what a great advert for the factory! It was his idea to go there, I get the feeling that if it were up to him, and had it been ready in time, they would have used Stelvios...now that woulda been something!

Incidentally, before you watch Long way down on Sundays, watch Top Gear, it's one of the funniest programs on telly!
