  1. Hi guys (and girls? ),

Reading the forum I've noticed a lot of you are very good writers. I was wondering if one (or more) of you would like his own monthly column on the site. A fresh article every month (or whenever you have the urge ^_^ ) would be cool I think.

Topics could be biking in general, guzziness, anything to do with Guzzi or biking. It could also be your biking diairy.

What I also would like is a few people pointing out the Guzzi news (on the net) to me. That way I only have to put it on the site. I know a lot of you are always searching the net for Guzzi-news.

Email or PM me if you would like to join the international V11LeMans.com team!

  2. Al, we sure do think alike and our bikes are going to be almost identical with the mods.

@ John: But you haven't got a Öhlins fork! Guess who has one for sale in a month or so? Email me for more info.

  3. Is that a Ducati?

By the way Jaap - the usual link to your site that I had been using does not work anymore and lots of people can't get in.  I got this link from Al who I depend on for all sensible and organized information....... :notworthy:

This is an Aprilia 6.5 (designed by Phillipe Stark) Don't know if this was sold in the US.

The usual link should work again (Thx Al) You could use this direct link in the future:

    Direct link to forum

Don't forget to add it to your favourites!

  4. I think the "drilled hole" was in the back and bottom of the plastic housing that holds the instrument.

Al is right. I believe it doesn't matter that much where exactly you drill the f.i. 5 mm hole(s), as long it is only in the plastic housing, not in the tach body! (Pictures are a bit difficult on a V11LM, I'd have to take the fairing off...)

  5. Hi guys,

As you probably have noticed I've done some tinkering on the forum. Apart from the forum upgrade, I'm building a portal site: Link to portal

It's functional but not ready yet. Suggestions on other features are welcome! This is also the time to throw the current style overboard and start fresh with a new color scheme. Consider yourself warned!

  6. @ Brian, I have that one on CD.

@ David: Very strange, the direct link to the servicemotoguzzi manuals in the fileshare section work all right for me. And the online V11 manual, which is the aforementioned CD online, needs no Yahoo login. Only when you download it.
