Thanks,Ratch Thats exactly what happened only this guy drilled and reamed for a threaded steel plug but didn't "dutch pin it" so it just goes round n round nevermind the mess and embarrassment it leaves behind. I'm going to machine a new plug out of alum. and have a bead welded around it. End of leak!!!!! Chris

WS, the alum. you want to use is 5052 thats bendable. I would also think 1/16 to 3/32 thick is plenty good for that application Chris
