I've been talking and mailling to an Öhlins specialist in the Netherlands for quite a while. Getting a brandnew V11 rearshock was no problemo! And for a normal price!! Getting a brandnew V11 rearshock was no problemo! And for a normal price!! sometimes I really dont get the customer policy of dealers here. Guzzi official dealer won't accept waranty if your Guzzi is not from his shop. If you want to have your guzzi repaired there anyway, you will pay twice as an owner of "his" guzzi". Same here i see. I told him the WP was recently serviced at WP Benelux but every bend at the track I had the feeling I wasn't going to survive. He looked at the bike and to me in a sudden way and took the shock home (as he had no tools with him for WP shocks). He serviced it again ... for free. I never spend a dime to the man but he kept on answering my suspension related questions. Even worser, finally I bought a second-hand Öhlins (thanks Antonio) instead of the double priced new one.
