Sporty. Looks neat, clean and it all works well as a package. Good job. Can you add a link to the thread where you described what all you did?

I can't find the previous thread, could it be deleted?

Nevermind, here is what I did:

After the crash I decided not to remake it a LeMans but to alter it a bit.

So:

Red paint, a little darker with central white stripe, form fairing till back. Bilaterally is a thinner white stripe.

The small fairing is a Stucchi Luigi.

The oil pan, painted the same red, is also a Stucchi Luigi.

The front fender is from Aprilia RSV Mille, painted same red. (so as to fit the Ohlins forks)

The valve covers are the "GUZZI" ones, bought from America.

The clipons are woodcraft and mounted under the upper triple tree. The position now is far much better! In fact, I believe that this is the correct riding position.

The rear light is a Rossopuro (cateye)

Ohlins forks and rear shock

Wheels painted black mat.

Also the rear fender is painted black mat.

The mufflers are Mistral titanium

The crossover is a Mistral

a FBF air lid is added to the airbox

BMC airfilter

PCIII usb with map from RacerX (a little bit had to be altered)

Future plan: win the lotto, resign from job, go to Germany for one month, visit Dynotec....and.... ;)

I want to thank Slavomir Musilek and Paul Minnaert for their contribution to the completion of the motorbike.

Nice, and does it feel different with the clipons and ohins?

The riding position is much improved! This is the right one! The bike has been transformed.

As far as the Ohlins, I have high expectations now ;) I reset it to factory settings and I will start experiments...I am looking forward in going on track!

Beautiful job - very well done. I think the photos are distorting it, but the forks look like they have more rake than stock - did you do anything to the steering head angle?

I am more astonished every day why Moto Guzzi did not sell one hundred thousand of the V11 models. The first Green Meanie I saw was instant lust.If I could I would have a harem with one of every model. I can not understand how someone could walk past these bikes without wanting to make love to them.

I do prefer this bike over thes 600s and 1litre crotch rockets these idiots are playing "Russian Roulette" with. My Guzzi does not require Viagra nor does a man have to be near,in,going through or past a mid-life crisis to be joined to.

A man never knows how to make loves until he is too old to. Or in a Kentucky colloquialism, "I might be too old to cut the mustard but I can still lick the jar".
