ilmitico
What brand horns are on this bike ? I think those red mouthed bells are the ram air? Exactly ! They are part of a sort of homemade "dynamic air intake" for the airbox; i haven't built it to get more air to the airbox but i build it only to get cooler air into the airbox, because the original system takes the air right next to the cylinder in a very hot area. It works quite well; a system similar to this, was also used by many of the drivers who ran the "campionato italiano naked" during the early 2000s, i took inspiration from them, trying to make a more aesthetically cured work. I built two air intake made of carbon fiber, you can see them immediately behind the funnel, fixed to the supports of the oil cooler: Then i used a, 50mm, standard flexible air duct to connect to the airbox. This was the first version of my work, but I wasn't fully satisfied. So I bought a "Pipercross 50mm Red Cold Air Feed" kit with black duct and red funnel. I modified my carbon fiber air intakes to fit the pipercross kit ... and in the previous post you have seen the end result of my work The bike also mounts a "sprintfilter" air filter, "titanium kit" ECU with lambda sensor disabled, Mistral Cross-Over, Mistral oval titanium silencers (street legal version), special "racing" Ergal footrest:

FalcoLion
So, looking at this registry I decided to straighten it up a bit and see if people would want to keep it clean but informative. Since Coppa Italia is extremely rare I thought it would be nice to know how many bikes are around. From what I researched, Moto Guzzi made 300 of these bikes and only 47 made it to the USA. By the way I have a shield attached to my right side Titanium pipe that states 1/47 in the USA. So, I added everyone who left their mark here but I am separating USA and other regions. If anyone wants to edit their info or add your bike to the list please copy the whole list and add yourself on the bottom of the corresponding list. I also think adding partial VIN numbers would be a good idea. Since 10th digit specifies a year 2004 and ALL US bikes where labeled as 2004 I will specify starting from the 10th digit. Let's see if MG actually was consistent in issuing VIN numbers. That way we can get a better idea of the actual quantity of bikes made. So, here we go. If you are on this list and you are no longer in position of this beautiful machine then just past, copy and modify your info USA 1. SRL, Florida 2. sttrecker, Phoenix, AZ 3. diverdoggy
Hello friends and fellow lovers of everything rare and beautiful. That is a prerequisite to owning a Coppa, yes? I recently purchased motowfo's beautiful Coppa which now resides in Raleigh. So far she's fitting in nicely with the other bikes and seems to be playing well. Life is good. The registry should be updated to show position "9" moving from Kirkland, TN to Raleigh, NC. Rather than recopying once again, perhaps the registry list could be stored as an updatable file? Best wished to all.

FalcoLion
List is slowly getting updated. As per research there were only 47 Coppa's in the USA. So, where are the rest of the owners?

FalcoLion
So ............. who added the guy from Vancouver Canada?? Ciao I did. It looks like you own the bike and you post. So,why not be in the registry? It actually would be nice to know everyone with Coppa in the USA. From what I gather we should only have 47 bikes in the USA. I am not sure if Canada was allocated any of these models or if they drew from USA allocation So, if you know of someone that owns these beauties then post up
