docc Posted January 27, 2007 Share Posted January 27, 2007 Yes, sorry I was totally fubar'd off my night shift I forgot to check on getting home. but don't forget the 0.002 for the moly. obviously don't need to add it if using the red line. so makes 0.372 I'm sure it will make a difference I think it is actually 350 ml (0.350 l)oil and 20 ml ( 0.020) moly to total 370 ml ( 0.370 l). Richardson in Guzziololgy cautions that relying on the level plug may allow oil to cascade off the gears and contribute to underfilling. Check between stores 'cause there was about a $10 diffence to the quart between 2 stores in Brisbane. You'll need two containers if you do the gear box and rear drive. Well worth it though. I'd expect it to get held up as "toxic waste" or somesuch nonsense.
