This is such a gorgeous machine I had to give you two looks at it.

 

Point for manufacturer. Point for engine manufacturer.

 

Clues: it's not a Brough (or Superior) or NUT or Dene.

 

Even more interesting news once we have a winner....

Here is my guess:

 

The license plate on the front mud guard should point to the UK....

 

The closest I remember is the Brough Superior 1930, but it only had twin exhausts.
