  1. I did order these hoses... Ended up not needing to replace the fuel pump. I will keep them for spare parts just in case. Very nice quality hoses and clamps.
  2. Ordered 5 relays from Pickers... Starting there.... I just wanted to thank everyone who gave me inputs and suggestions on my Guzzi's fuel pump issue. As it turned out it was only a bad relay. The fact that tapping on the bottom of the fuel pump mounting plate seemed to activate the pump was just a total coincidence. The relay was working sporadically. I appreciate the groups knowledge and willingness to share it. I did order a new internal fuel pump and filter. It will be put away as spares.

  4. Yes....I meant relays", my bad.
  5. Did you buy the pump from them?
  6. Doc...Would I replace all 5 resistors with the one you posted on pickers or just the #5 resistor?
  7. Lucky Phil... Yes, pump is in the tank. Tank is always kept full when not riding. Always ethanol free gas. Did you buy a complete fuel pump unit or just the electric motor? Any links would be appreciated. Also...any tips, tricks doing this pump change? Of course I have a full tank of fuel to deal with. 😒
  8. Just an FYI...Bike sits on a battery tender. Always has. I do realize that doesn't mean the battery could be failing.
  9. I'll have to check and get back to you...It seems to crank over normal. Would that affect the relay and or the fuel pump?
  10. I did just try swapping #4 with #5... no priming of the fuel pump but i did noticed a louder click coming from the relay.
  11. This is what I have in every position. I'm assuming #5 position is the one most towards the rear of the bike?
  12. Do you have a good source for spare relays? I hear the Omron ones are unavailable. MG Cycle perhaps?
  13. Need help/advice.... 2003 V11 LeMans. Had an issue a month ago where bike would turn over but not start. Noticed that I didn't hear the internal fuel pump prime when turning the key. Tapped on bottom of pump and tried the key a few times and it primed and ran flawless...until now. Bike has been sitting for a few weeks, turned key and no fuel pump priming noise. All lights are working...tapped the fuel pump base a few times and after a few tries she primmed....but now it turns over but wont catch. Fuel pump shot? Recommendations on repairing. I'm out of my comfort zone with this repair. Anyone live close to East Tennessee?
