  1. I was in that area this summer on a trip from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The east coast was just beautiful and the ride from New Brunswick back into Quebec and Riviere Du Loup area you mentioned was awesome. It`s one ride I look foreward to doing again. The last time I rode to Florida was in `79 and I`m lookin` to do that one again.
  2. I have for barter a Corbin Gunfighter seat with a faux snake skin insert. Looks good and suits the colors of my Tenni very nicely. However as has been said before , "you either like them or you don`t" and I don`t, so it`s up for grabs. I bought it from a fellow on e-bay who had it on an `01 V11 Sport. It has been said by members here and even Corbin that it won`t fit a LeMans. Well, all I can say is that it fits MY `02 LeMans Tenni just fine. The seat pan is Moto Guzzi and upon recieving it I flipped it over and the serial numbers matched those on my original seat so on it went. As I have mentioned it is a Gunfighter so it`s basically a solo seat with provision for a short haul passenger. What I am looking for are stock carbon fibre cans or a Stucchi or Mistral crossover from a V11 Sport or Lemans. Also looking for a triple clamp for same. Will also trade for stock seat. If you ship your stuff to me (zip 55605) I`ll ship the seat to you. This offer applies to US and Canada only. pm me at rikh@tbaytel.net because it`s easier for me and I can send pics if your interested. Thank you
  3. You can lower the pegs an inch which seems to make quite a difference by going to your nearest wrecker and get a set of passenger pegs from mid 70`s Yamaha 650. Not the prettiest footpegs but they`re cheap and do the job nicely.

  5. Hello All, I`ve decided to put the stock cans back on. My loss could be your gain. I`m 50+ and just don`t like it that loud anymore. If you do , then I`ve got a beautiful set of FBF carbon fibre cans for you. Apparently if you want the decals they`re extra, mine came without. They are in very good condition with no scratches or dents and come with clamps. $450.00 US plus whatever shipping costs. Here`s a couple of pics. 6. Hi gallo_se, Thanks for the information. I asked the same question earlier but got no response. As soon as I get another top clamp (I don`t want to drill mine as it is a limited edition with production number) that`s what I`m going to do. It looks like I`ll have to get a longer front brake hose but everything else should be okay.
  7. Hi All, I have a question regarding higher bars for the Lemans. I see options available from MPH , Convertibar, Tommaselli, etc. All of these involve the use or modification of clip ons. Is it possible to install risers and regular handlebars or will there be an issue with fairing clearance? I`ve already raised the bars by making a set of clip ons that are 2" higher and 1" back. This involved relocating the clutch line behind the fork and the stock front brake line is at its maximum, but it`s still not enough for my old back. The seating position of the Ballabio and Cafe Sport looks a lot better but I haven`t had the opportunity to try one. I love my Tenni, it`s a limited edition, handles like a dream, looks good and goes like Jack the Bear. I am willing to buy another top clamp, drill it out for risers , get an extended brake line and install a Spiegler or similar set up. Will it work? Thank you, Ride safe
