Yep that's what my manual says, to add 20grams of Moly type A additive. HPLS is also a specially designed addittive from Motorex for this job.

And the V11s have been produced more years than the 850. I am only spotted on the Sports 1100ie 's ...LOL.

Yes that's why we shouldn't give a damn about what the dynos say. Different dynos , different PS though same bike.SO what's the truth.??? Trust your throtle , that's the truth. Who cares and what's the difference (in a healthy motored bike) about what the dynos measure.Numbers on pappers are just worlds appart from what's happening on the street and that's a fact. If the maker says :the bike is that much PS ,then simply IS, that much PS, we dont ride with a dyno on hand but with a throttle. I remember when the CBR 1100XX came out and was stated as an 165 PS machine yet the dynos and mags. measured 135 or so but there was NO 135WHP machine to stand next to it, think about it, what's the truth?? That's your THROTTLE (nice and easy and plain simple) over and out/..

You can always "donate" some beers to the forum owners I guess. See this white button on top right? There will be some to drink them , I guess

These? They 're too few...LOL. I wouldn'r run a mile for five chicks.(where a big crowd is expected.)

Never interested in this, nothing to do with real world motorcycling,Only hyper sponsored ,extra tunned, out of this earth expencive machines ,only racing in pre-calculated as optimum as possible circumstances. Nothing usefull. TT is more to the real thing, having that extreme edge to it, is very dangerous too though.

...LOL yes you're right I thought it was a website, I guess my preception is reduced during at nights zzzzzzz So what's the story in general ?Should we expect only cruisers now? or..

Nope! Where is this??

AFAIK the oil level should be filled just a bit over the midle of the max-min marks. Or else is entering the "much" territory. Assumption:Maybe your engine throws away the extra oil to level up to the normal. Are there any leaks out there? Just an assumption from my few experience. Just don't fill in more (when midle marks level is reached) and do another 200 and see what happens. Synthetic oils can be "consumed" from an engine more than others but then again I have seen engine that don't consume that much, I'm not any expert on this so I dunno if your consumption is something to worry about.I would suggest though the Agips that the bike manual says

If I bought a second bike or more , I wouldn't know which one to pick up for a ride and stay home, No thanks. If I buy a second it would be tha same so I put it on my room and stare at it all the time. Concerning the thread theme, I never understood what would be the Real World usage potential of any bike with so many PS and no descent fairing-air protection. Have you though about it?

Anyome knows how or why should the mentioned part of this topic go broken?? Try Stein Dinse they may have it and I don't think it will be so expencive. It is German site but the also speak English. Wait .. I have just looked at the price catalogue for that number 01354630 it seems to be a part on the gearing section. (no photo) ,it is for Lemans V11 It's price on the price cataloge appears as 723,26Eur And judging from my latest order (receipt-cataloge price compare) It has to be VAT included price. Good luck with the repair

I always fill the bike with that much oil to level as described above. I use Agip 20-50 Racing synthetic, There is too few oil consumtion if not at all that is after 4000km the oil level barelly touches the midle distance of the marks. While at the start is filled just above half way between the top and bottom marks. Should I fill the oil to maximum mark?

Now, which is the torgue I should use for the allen screws that hold the Oil sump? The one just totally under the motor. Want to remove it and wash that filter inside , as well will also change oil filter. It is probably writen on the bove catalogue but I don't know the name Thanks

I understand what you're saying, well here is another story, it isn't the HP criteria as well as the test wasn't a superbike shotout or so. When it is said stability in the turns this is standard, How stable is the bike when in a turn, when it is said Handling it is also clear that is about handling The premium advantage of all Guzzis is that they handle like they weight at least 15%off their weight (or more) and they are rock stable as well , especially with Ohlins on them. The same goes for brakes (that are badly rated compared to other Japan crap and yes they are compared to d'oro Brembos))or suspension ,Ohlins are by far the best (objectively as a fact). So what I point out isn't that I wait for anyone to have the same citeria as mine but at least to offer an objective rating based on performance of the given Motorcycle as is, but Objective- not biased Conclusion is the reviewer probably wrote what he was told and or paid from the Japan importers to write, that's all and the story goes on and that's why good bikes can get burried and hidden from some people that they would buy them if they knew the truth. simple -
If you mean ventilation , some holes in them ,well they don't have any.The Evo Sports is a more Sport boot and thogh comfy is not for everyday use-touring. I can wear them every day but in order to preserve them I just limmit their use. I felt my feet getting some air inside from somewhere and don't ask me,from where I just say my experience on this model. The carbon decor on the sides are see-through material and though that seem coated or so over,I suppose that's where it came from or? dunno?Zip fastener!? As far as the other boots it is described in the site the only description I see about ventilation is this "clima inlay" Better is to try any brand on your local dealer, one can have different feel or experience than other person. Well anyway there are so many brands with boots, you can find something, most important is the quality and the protection, you can also drill some holes by yourself for extra ventilation if needed. (just kidding heh)

I am reading the German MOTORRAD magazine(Issue 10 - 29/4/2005.) that has a comparing test on the SCURA R Vs Hondra CB1300 Kawazaki ZRX 12 and the Susukuki 1200 S (I don't get well with Japanese names ) The fact that they give small point on the Scura on sections like the brakes Handling and some other things makes me very UPSET. Are these people uncapable of ribing a bike or they Just praise the Japan bikes? Why don't they tell people hoe expencive are the parts on a Japan bike, why don't they tell them that after20 30K km their brake disks won't work anymore why don't they know that plastic-rubber leaders on the breaks don't offer effective braking...and I can write much more simple but importand details that these far east bikes don't have. What they do have is, a cheap price, but what you pay is what you get.....Pheeww! WTF if they want a proof of what's handling better or is more stable on turns I will chalenge them , ... I will write them a email and place a bet, I need to win a second bike for free. If you want by"popular demand" (LOL) I'll try scan and upload the grades page.

Look Just GREAT and I mean it.

The Daytona boots are made this way.And that's what I was trying to tell. My is that Yesterday that I wore my EVO Sports(nonGTX) they are giving me Foot ventilation(noticable and more than the SIDI I use to wear). Some Alpinestars were back in the 90ies with some ventilation holes revealed from some removable cups, they were 2colors I think. It's good to search for some tests and critics abot the boots you hear here or what you're interested to buy.ANd better go to test-wear in a shop to see how they fit. The non goretex models do have a more ventilated enviroment. But at the other side what kind of ventilation you need? For more ventilation you can get these For more Ventilated securityhand crafted boots you can get some of these: or all non goretex And at the end of the day after all is said and done nothing beats the hand-crafted shoe.

I have read somewhere in a forum (maybe this one...) That the synthetic oil can damage some bearings in the gearbox, they have plastic guard- or housing (my tech English are quite bad for tech explanation). I was always using and use mineral oil for the gearbox and pinion, also the HPLS motorex addition in the pinion .The latest can be found on Stein Dinse---St.Dins. ENG

I ussualy wear a Sidi Strada boots , the simple model that are waterproof (but that's not the issue -I know)and I also have a Frey-DAYTONA superprotective EVO -sports Model The special about the EVO models is that the inner shoe is differend and partially (Carbon-Cevlar half shoe in the Sports and whole Carbon shoe at the Security ones)And that's the best quality protection one can get and without being looking like you came out of a circus. After that all the models of the Daytona are not looking fancy but they do have style and TOP built quality from top to bottom (Leathers and protection).I still have my first Daytona-winner model after6years- saved also my feet from a terrible accident in the past. Well see some models here:Frey-Daytona--NO gore-tex these are the non waterproof. Frey-DAYTONA waterProof HIGHLY RECOMENDED Sooner or latter gonna get yet another pair TravelStar or Roadstar or whatever else feels confy for more everyday use.
