  1. I just went to their website and the the language for English. Find the part you are interested in and put it into a cart. You set the destination for the US and how you want to pay. It will show you the price in Euros. I just plugged those values into a converter ( http://www.xe.com/ucc/ ) and got my price. They take all major cards. The key is first setting the page to English. That box is on the left side of the page once you enter the garage. Happy shopping.
  2. Me like, me want! How does one order a set of these tasty bits? Email me please. I'm ready to spend money.
  3. Well my first custom parts have arrived from Italy and they definately didn't come on a slow boat. I ordered a pair of head protectors and a tail light assembly from Rossopuro on Saturday. They shipped on Tuesday and arrived in Illinois before noon today. Now that's survice!! I already installed the head gizmos and they are really nice (see link #1 below). One important difference is that mine have black pucks not white as shown on their web page. Very nice quality. The light (see link #2) will have to wait until later but it's a choice piece too. I highly recommend these guys. #1 http://rmcube.abd.it/RMcube/servlet/contro...Object=MT1003AW #2 http://rmcube.abd.it/RMcube/servlet/contro...Object=PT1012AN

Do you have a link to a supplier or more info on this kit?
  6. Thanks! I just sent Moto Mecca an email to get a total cost. They did have a note that they are having problems getting email and listed an alt address, enquiries@motomeccaspares.com . Did you try that one too? I'm going to try my local dealer tomorrow. Well it's back to the garage time
  7. I looked at one of these at the Motorcycle Show in February and it's a nice looking bike but that monster pipe has got to go!!! It needs a pair of pipes not a 2 into one. I couldn't get over how big that muffler was. Did Eric Buell design that part of the bike. The new engine really looks good. I'd love to adapt that alternator to my 04 LeMans. The color is alright but I'd prefer a darker blue with yellow trim.
  8. OK, I've did a search, I've "googled" and I've done links. Just where does one find these mythical Tekno bags and racks for the LeMans??? Did I miss something obvious or are they not available anymore. I'm deep into a farkling (COG term) mood right now so bring forth the info.
  9. Congrats on the new Goose!! I've had my "new" Nero-Grigio 04 LeMans for a week now and I'm enjoying it greatly. I'm with the post before me. Where did you find a list of vin numbers? Can you supply us with a link? The previous owner had mine at the dealer for a check over the day before I picked her up. So I know everything is up to spec but I'd still like to take a peek at that vin list. Once again, enjoy your new ride.
  10. Time to bump this back to the top. I just put myself on the map. OK, I know these aren't common bikes but there must be more than two in the state of Illinois. Come on boys. Roll up to the keyboard and put yourself on the map.
  11. I did a search and came up with nothing on this topic. Does anybody know where I can find VIN numbers by year. I just bought an 04 and I was told it might be a late build 04. There must be a breakdown someplace. I checked the US site but that was a waste of time.
  12. So if this a standard 7" headlight I should be able to install the HID type bulb and lamp contained in the link. I would get better lighting and use less power. Correct or not? http://www.jwspeaker.com/catalog/forward_l.../model_8100.htm
  13. I just bought a LeMans but I don't pick it up until Saturday. Is the headlight a standard size that can replaced with a better bulb or is it unique to the LeMans?
  14. I saw a post somewhere on the forum where somebody adapted a BMW R90S fairing to a V11 Sport. It really looked very nice. That might be an option. It would definately be cheaper. You can still buy the 90S fairings new. In fact I think Bobs BMW still stocks them.

    New Guy

Greetings fellow Guzziphiles. Well I've finally gone and did it. I got myself a 04 black LeMans. I found it right here on the forum. It will join my 02 Concours in the garage. I pick it up on Saturday. I'll post some pics once I get her home. I have always wanted a Guzzi and I first saw a Lemans two year ago at a Ducati/ dealer ouside of Baltimore. I lost track of how many times I went back and drooled over that bike. I eventually got my own personal drool cup when I would show up and now I've got one of my own!!!
