  2. The main reason I removed my Knight Design pegs and sold them was the issue with the brake peg, the extenders were not available when I purchased mine. Looks like they will solve your issue the OEM pegs really do not have that much adjustability. I was never really comfortable with the Knight Design angle as I had knee problems back then and the angle was very uncomfortable for me. I finally found relief with a set of fully adjustable 360 degree pegs from Moto International and had a set of extended and adjustable pegs from a machinist friend of mine. The Knight design one that I just saw on their Web site look like they will solve your issue.
  3. So how much fuel does it take when you refill
  4. Look What Joe came up with for my Griso's crappy warped plastic oil cooler cover
  5. Reopening an old thread here but this might help anyone in need of a color match for the "Tenni" Green matte finish. Cross posted from Wild Goose Chase http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=47490.new;topicseen#new So I was at my local Lowes today getting a new and long over due home A/C system filter, So I'm walking down the paint aisle and just for S**ts and grins started looking at the spray paint selection, Eh What's this, why it is a can of Rust-Oleum Satin Spruce Green. I have been searching for a color match to apply on the Flat Black Givi A770 screen that I have. I want to paint the lower part of the fairing screen the "Tenni" color, the middle leave flat black and a white accent tape where it meets the screen. Bought the can home and when I put the color cap up against the Fuel tank on the Griso, I was stunned, I then sprayed an flat black piece of extra Guzzi plastic, I became overjoyed. This is for a 2011 Griso SE Look at the results comparing it to the front fender. More then close enough for Government work
  6. Proud owner of a 11 Griso SE, I am looking to put on a Givi A770 screen which I have in matte Black. I am looking to get one flat surface area painted the Tenni green matte color. Has anyone been able to break the color code to match to a US base paint manufacturers data base ? I am a where of the older post's with the BASF code , but my local paint suppler says that code is no good.
  7. Don't know if this is available in Canuck land or a product similar, but might be worth a try to run a heavy dose in your fuel. http://www.chevron.com/products/prodserv/additives/
  8. Chuck if you have a Google search engine available input this "rebuild ohlins damper"

  11. Had the same problem with a new Norge, it would weep, solved it by using Teflon tape around the male nipple 3 years now and no problems. FWIW
  12. Have you given any thought to the fact you are running the wrong oil in it just might have something to do with fuel mileage? Just saying http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=15066
  13. What issue of the News Letter ? I have a Norge and have never scrapped the center stand, most owners shave a little off the rubber bumper so it doesn't hang quite that far down. There have been some stands that have loosened up on some early production one's but I never heard of one falling off causing a crash. My stand stays one.
  14. Hide the "SIN" with another set of exhaust clamps over the offending area.

Since this past July, I am the proud owner of a Y2K Jackal, technically a V11 I guess, Picked it up near Ft Lauderdale with 1130 miles on it :!: I am leaving tomorrow for New Jersey to pick up from a good friend of mine his 1983 blue SP1000NT (original owner) I have known about the bike since it was new and and have spent many a mile following it's tail lights through out the North East, I jumped at the chance to obtain it. Good by for now, I am sure I will have some dumb questions from you all in the future Thanks
