We do not censor opinions or ideas on our forums but we do take action against posts and/or topics that could cause unrest in the community beyond a civil and polite disagreement. Political discussions are not allowed. There are plenty political forums on the web . You're all on probation for the next 6 months. If there is any abuse of above forum rule, I'm pulling the plug on the site. I have plenty of FUN stuff I could do be doing! This is not an idle threat. Reg, Jaap Veldhorst administrator Did everyone receive a personal email like this this morning? If not, then did I do something wrong? I've only posted one time and that was my introduction. I sold my Ballabio -- sigh -- and haven't been back for awhile, mostly because I've been sulking about the unwise loss. But, I got the email, and it lured me back. Now, I'll probably spend a week reading what I've been missing. OBTW, 16K+ miles on the Norge and nothing's fallen off. Kinda worries me. Bill Link to comment

Now I help run a couple of local forums... this sort of problem comes up all the time, rather than penalise all members for the actions of one or two shit heads... ya warn them if that dosnt work ban em for a month. This is a great site for Guzzi V11 info. If you want to wax politic or talk about global warming i'm sure there are other sites. I can't believe the help I received on my rear brake issue. That alone was worth the very minor inconvenience of his email. I also think we should remember it's winter here in the US and idle minds are the devils playthings. Jaap. As I told Jaap in my response, I don't think I've been impolite, political or in any other way counter to the spirit of this forum, but now I'm out. I'm too old to be told to behave myself. I really appreciate the help I've had from people on this forum and, despite what has happened, I'm grateful to Jaap and the other administrators for all their work on it.
