Go by appearance 2V Per cylinder = Blockhead 4V Per cylinder = Knobhead Pete Only problem w/ this is that the original 4v heads [Daytonas, Centauros] are the real "block" heads, and the 2v valve covers are kinda slanted, so it would make more sense to go w/ 2v = Gumbyheads 4v = Blockheads Or maybe 2v = Gumbyheads & 4v = Pokeyheads ['cause they've got more "poke"]?
