2004 V11 Handle Bar Nut?

Haa!  That's about as much wheelie as i've managed on mine!  How the chuck does one wheelie a v11..?

The V11 can be coaxed into a high front carry; it's the landing that could bust the left rear frame connection off the top of gearcase.  It's been reported more than once . . .

This prompted me to add the center frame brace that was common to the Sport 1100, but makes fussing about in that area quite difficult.

Cor!  Sounds like a boo hoo moment.  Poss not great on the uj's either?
Mine feels a mile long.  And hea-vee as hell.

Hmmmm, there's no oil in my shock- would that make a hoist easier? :)

Oi, the likes of KTM are going to great lengths to electronically control front wheel loft. V11 has got it built in!

What the heck are these, and how are they removed? A giant spanner wouldn't budge these, and it's too big for my new grips to go over. I have gold colored bars, and I assume they're stock.

I've been way too busy working or in the garage working on the bike. The nut came right off with a 24mm socket and a breaker bar. Hopefully tonight I can put on the clip ons, now that the forks are rebuilt.

Are you using tubes off the clip-ons or the OE tubes.

I noticed the OE tubes are 22mm.

Most aftermarket clip-ons are 7/8".

A different of 0.2 mm
