I was in the military and participated to the parade. This year, the Indian PM is the guest of honor. We also fly the flag of France on 5 May ... That pairing on Cinco de Mayo no doubt puzzles many, but think how wonderful Mexican cuisine -- already fine, IMO -- would be had the French won!
