I am finding myself cleaning crud off my bike regularly in a couple locations as it builds up and wonder what you all may think about it.  I let it go for a bit to get some good pics for you to help diagnose.

The black deposits near the exhaust pipe - both sides - I'm wondering if I can solve this by replacing the valve gaskets.  Maybe there is a pin hole leak ?

The second is on the grime that accumulates on the pork chop near shifter on the left side of the bike, fewer ideas about what might be causing this, could it just be road grime or maybe a small leak somewhere forward of it?  Cant ID to see any obvious source.

More rpm, she is getting enough fuel. Had some black exhaust staines on my RCorsa, different mapping, better, but not easy to get high temperatures at the end of a V11 exhaust system. On the pork shops, may be fumes from airfilter box, intake pipes. Mine will get spots, greasy/oilish . And l don’t have any obviously leaks. Just clean and be happy. Sounds like she is running good, since this was your only concern.

Cheers Tom.

A new pair of rocker cover gaskets couldn't hurt. And how is the crankcase breather hose? A small leak from that can spread into mysterious places.

The valve cover is leaking @ the cylinder head(s) and the area around the shift lever , the pic is not good enough to give any opinion .

There is some tell-tale staining on the crossover that may be a clue to some source(s) above that. The residue outboard at the leading point of the Frame Side Plate/stiletto would have to looking at the sump gasket/ tightness and the dip stick O-ring.

Certainly worth cleaning it all up and applying spray foot powder and look for discoloration after a short run at low speed (to limit wind distribution).

Check, especially, the "weep hole" at the bottom of the clutch ("bell") housing at above the sump at the back . . .
