Guzzirider
I have experienced the Aprilia 750 motor in a Shiver GT and was very impressed with the zapp from that engine- felt like a real world 80bhp or so- not quite as much mid range grunt as a V11, but impressive and maybe even faster than a V11 if you rev it. The Guzzi 750 motor feels like a 250 in comparison.
belfastguzzi
I should put MG badges on the tank and start a few rumours. The thing is, Guzzi aren't going to take things in this direction, are they? They're definitely heading for the big-lump, premium lifestyle-products market. Guzzirider
The boss of Piaggio was very enthusiastic about Guzzi at the recent European dealer conference and apparently very vocal about the need to rejuvinate the range and improve quality and service. Will be good if it happens!
rutger
Apart from the V11 lemans RC, I got a BMW 800S. Big fun, easy ride and handling and a pleasant travel bike. But, it misses the thrill of the V11.

callison
Happiness is having lots of Guzzis! At one point, I had five. When I retired, I had three but sold one, gave one to my son, bought a Norge and stayed that way until last week. Now I have a small block again only this time, it's actually fun to ride and looks good. I do miss the V11 Sport I gave my son though.

I am often frustrated because most of my daily riding is city and I can't get my V11 out of 2nd gear! I have thought a V7 would be more appropriate around town for the majority of my riding. Where you have owned both, would you agree? Regards, Bob
