Just to avoid any confusion, the photo is of the bike in the hands of a previous owner. I would never, ever put a handlebar on a bike that originally had clip-ons. Not in a million years. No way.1 point -

@audiomick,Sorry for the late reply, just saw this today. It is a late model Victory Vision if I recall correctly. Company is now out of business but parts and service is available from parent company Polaris for about 3 more years, I think. Not a good deal to buy that beast and have company dissolve.1 point -
