I been using a torque of 45-50 Nm and the silent blocks break down in 30.000KM.
Not for the pressure! if you think of the movement of the suspension the ideal way is to let the silent block free to move!
I am doing that now. Didn't push all the way so the chassis rod can adapt to the suspension movement and put some nut lock for more security.
My mechanic tell me the same than you all...
What do you think?

I am doing the 70.000 km services and find:
1 front wheal bearing faulty
1 SWING ARM bearing faulty
I will take it to the dealer cos I dont have the tools to change them...
But I have trouble trying to lobe / grease the u-joint...
I cant make the grease get inside with my grease gun!
How can I be sure I do it correctly?
And How can I clean the u-joint?

I have a MG V11sport 2003.
Just changed the x-over for a stucchi and IXIL exhaust (they are very open).
I do the service myself for years now and this time I see the sparks this way:
LEFT:
RIGHT:
The performance of the bike feels much better with the change especially in the mid range.
So my question is:
1) What do you think of the colors of the sparks?
2) Can I damage the engine?
3) How can I change the ignition without a power commander with the stock ECU?
4) Do I have to change the air filter?
4) Any other suggestion?
