These kids caught this thing in a stream you could leap Across (Minnehaha creek) they roped it by the tail and dragged it out. Fish was released fine after taking the pic.

I just looked, it was not in the package with the kit. BUT I have another clutch from an EV big twin minus the flywheel and there is a thrust cup with that. It fits the Centauro pressure plate so I would include that. So yes I have one that will work.
-
Well the replacement flywheel only is $580.US and not in stock.. https://www.mgcycle.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193&products_id=4409 makes my complete kit offered for $350US sound like a real steal. I must be out of my mind to sell for thatš This is used out of a Centauro but will fit the six speed too. NOT ALUMINUM but light. Weight, about 9 pounds . Splines look excellent. Iāll even order new springs for you. https://www.mgcycle.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193&products_id=4986 Iām not trying to pressure you cause Iām happy to keep on my shelf for now, just sayin..pressure plate/ring gear, friction and intermediate plates included. I think Pete recommends new friction plates. I could get them from MGcycle and put in the same package I bet.. shipping about $75US if they fit in a flat rate box.

To paraphrase Dirty Harry, do you feel lucky kid?

With all the flywheel discussion I must ask, what FW is in the 2003? Trouble free Twin plate right?
-
So if nothing wrong is seen the problem must be inside the transmission and not the clutch?
-
The starter cover is included but whatās with the mounting bracket, it looks like itās held on with hose clamps.

I might like to buy this Sport but one thing puzzles me. my Lemans had a compression and rebound fork tube, note the R and C on the tops. the Sport has two R letters, whatās up, it should have one rebound and one compression right?

Can't choose between V11 and 2v CARC bike. Help!!

I was stupid when I sold mine and want another one. I donāt care much for the later models. -
If itās the same as a Centauro then yes itās lighter than the Tonti FW.

My friend had 2 original Scurra clutches turn out this way after 70,000 miles. I think I still have this one on a shelf.

I donāt see it on FB anymore. Maybe it sold? -
No it has two friction plates, I guess one is not in the photo. I can get more pics if you want. Itās from a Centauro, I donāt know the mileage but the splines do not show much if any wear. I can shoot close ups if wanted.

I have a used 10 spring clutch assembly with the flywheel included if anyone is interested. $350.US

Thanks, I got busy on other stuff, the poor beast sits in the heated garage but itās 11 below zero F outside so Iām not motivated to cross the yard and go out to work on it.. I need to get in the right frame of mind so I can spend some quality time with it soon.

I texted with him and said I was mildly interested, got a pretty terse answer. When I asked about the recall he said āthatās all bullshitā and went on to say I was wasting his time. He didnāt sound very interested in making a sales pitch. I lost all interest then.

I tried to respond to that ad but the send message page never opens. Would you have a better contact ? maybe I need to refresh my browser.

Do you know what clutch it has? Didnāt the Rossoās have the exploding single plate unit like the first Scurraās? or maybe Iām mixed up about that. sure is a pretty color. -
Sorry but no. Did you read the copy? Will not bleed air from a dry system
-
Guzzi Moto, yes I have ABS. The bleed nipple was broken off (not by me) so thatās how it lost pressure, it sat for a long time like that. the gravity bleed probably wonāt work since the ABS pump is up under the seat so high above the res and caliper. The book doesnāt say how to tell the ABS itās being bled, I was hoping I donāt have to crack it open at the valve but may need that. depending on several factors and my patience this bike may get parted out. Not in a hurry to do that.

The mod is a direct fused wire from battery + to the yellow wire going into the relay (yellow wire cut just before the relay seat. Had same issue before the relay mod.also used two different batteries.
