I bought my guzzi in 2007 i was 32 it is my first road bike. I owned and still own many three and four wheelers dirtbikes. Then my sister as my mouther in law says moved in next to me (fuelcooler)(she thinks were both girls) We got along very well since we both think doing wheelies in the alley is the most fun you can have. One day he said he selling his BMW and buying a new bike next thing i know bang on the door check out my new bike. One look and i said what the F_ck it that. Three more seconds that thing is cool. Motor started hey that thing sounds cool. One ride later told my wife I dont give a shit what you say I am geting me a Guzzi. She said why i said there the coolest thing since sliced bread. My wife knows iam little batty and agreed to let me have one (she the best). I found out through a buddy that mikec had a green one drove him nuts till he sold it to me. I am very happy with my guzzi the only down fall to the bike is all the Q and A time when people asked about the bike but the thumbs up from the people who know make it all better. I just dont think you can find a bike with better looks that old school hot rod feel and sound and cooler owners than guzzi guys and girls. Long live the Guzzi Brent

Dan is right also check that the alternator is not puting out a/c voltage that will give you a heap of trouble. Make sure those grounds are good and tight. Brent

Replace regulator there cheap see what happens. My money is the light goes out. As soon as the light goes out the for sale sign goes on. Then you can by a VW they never have any electrical problems HA HA Good luck best wishes Brent ps take your time it will show it beady eyes they always do

There is a new bike show on speed Sunday That goofy nuckelhead with the handlebar mustach is the host. They were in Italy and rode Guzzis 2 griz and 1 cali I think. Then one of the adds during the show had had griz in it also. I almost fell over with all the product placement. Oh i forgot they wore guzzi t-shirts durring the whole show one was even really cool to. The show was call motorcycle tripping or something like that

Hey Nancy I like the roads just fine. I just walked back into the house after a little perk and its about 44 degrees here in Nj the tires hold well in the cold weather and even better in warmer weather. I would tell you to get the 160 in the place of the 170 if you think the bike steers hard. If it is to late dont worry about it i have a 170 now I havent put the new set on yet. I would guess you should get at least 7 to 8 thousand miles on them maybe even more. By the way in your handling problem check the threads about moving your fork tubes up a little in your tripple tree talk to the cat who wrenches on your bike he should know whats going on. That made a noticeable difference in my bike somebody might have told u that already. Good luck Brent.

With traction control, ultimately all the rider would have to do is sit & point it in right direction, if it's not about rider judgement & throttle control, then that's a big part of riding a bike gone. Why not race em on ovals & be done with it. I agree but dont let nascar Know what you think those round de rounds will ruin yet another good racing series. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Brefore you drive yourself nuts what i would do and i am in auto repair not bike repair but one of the first thing I would do in my diag would be check to see if you have power to the fuel pump every time. If there is power to the pump every time you have pump issues. If you are not getting power every time to the pump the problem is not with the pump. I would start checking grounds and working my way around from there. Post how you make out somebody will lead you in the right direction if you get all jumbled up. Take your time think things through and that baby will start every time some times luck helps ya to. Good luck keeps us posted Brent

Check the side stand switch if its not that then switch all the relays see if the old girl will start If so replace all the relays check the relay thread for the Good Ones Good luck Brent
