  1. clearly the lobotomy and the lightening of grey matter has resulted in impaired judgement with tassels on (have fun )
  2. I'd like to know what the dahlia did. Was it a hanging matter?
  3. Fatboy
  4. Looking in the Radio Times, I notice a programme on BBC2 at 8.30 Sparse sentences describe its content: > Monty and the team reveal the results of the dahlia trial. :!: Carol does some propogating in the formal area. :!: :!: Mr Roper sluts the donk up a bit and asks Cliff to come on board. :!: :!: :!: Ok, the third sentence wasn't there, but still, rivetting tv, or what?
  5. – never mind the topic, I've just noticed your 'list' (no not rhyming slang: your list over It says, 'HD Fatboy 2006' When did that appear? When did you travel into 2006? Did you get permission? You've some explaining to do.
  6. I don't mean when you're on it! Play safe for goodness sake. Stand beside it, then give it a shove. Or kick away the side stand. And observe.
  7. Now we're talking 'consultation'. I charge for that. Unless you're a charity case?
  8. Push it over – you'll soon find out
  9. Yeah but I also get your subconscious craving that keeps surfacing
  10. Buell orange? Clearly Freudian. You can't get it out of your noggin, can you?
  11. Original clutch & brake levers are crazy high prices. I made the mistake of ordering a MG lever. I think Ducati are cheaper for the same part. Then there are other aftermarket suppliers.
  12. QUOTE(jrt @ Sep 15 2005, 04:57 PM) ...with a string I'm with you JR, but you don't say what length it should be
  13. More fooball matches against England could be useful. Baseball might be worth exploring, though I'm not sure if we play it the same way as the Yanks – although the sale of baseball bats here is phenomenal, there are no balls bought
  14. Yeah, the picture from the paper is the doorstep at work. What tyres would you recommend for these road conditions? I'm not sure if I should plump for a hard compound to go over the stuff or, more likely, one capable of a sharp turn-around and speedy exit.
  15. It could be your bloodshot eyes. Have you been travelling a lot recently?
  16. btw – when I said we have plenty of ashes here at the moment, this is what I meant (in case you thought I meant something trivial...) tonight's paper oh well, it was One – Nil, as Jaap kindly added
  17. This is the other end of th ebig hole in the tank top. You can see the threaded inserts where the pad screws into the tank.
  18. Well the review (that Guy mentions) raved about the thing and it says there are no ground clearance issues, 'sporty, it sure is. Try as we might we couldn't find the limits of its ground clearance either.'
  19. (& I'll e-mail, ta)
  20. There's a big indentation in the top of the tank – I'll post a photo tomorrow if no-one else does first. The big problem with this part is the large hump that it makes in the middle of the top of the tank: a tank bag can't sit flat. I've used foam round the sides to raise the outside level when using a bag, but it's still not great. The screws just screw into the plastic tank as far as I remember. I'll check that.
  21. One – Nil he hehe (p.s.: ashes – we've got loads of ashes just at the moment)
  22. You and TX Redneck
  23. Sorry on behalf of the deviant, Nogbad
  24. I don't believe you
