pete roper
Yes, its a straight swap. You'll probably need to put on longer HT leads if you want to run them over the top of the covers like the Griso and you'll also need the lead cover, the plug protector and the correct length bolts. Admin Jaap
Have doen the same thing before the Centauro engine transplant . No fitting problems on the v11 cilinders. Not sure through if a 1100 sport fairing has enough room Sent from a clever thingy with a microprocessor and an interweb connection
sp838
That does look very nice. Do they weigh the same as the v11 ones? They look a bit more substantial.
AndyH
Agreed, they look very interesting. There's also a conversion kit to go back in time, round fin covers on square fin barrels. Haven't made up my mind which is better...

Hope you find the look you want.

Scura R
I bought my 1100 Griso valvecovers with the bolts and plastic parts from Admin Jaap. Looks nice, and a bit more potent, on my Scura R I think. No pictures yet, sorry!

sp838
From what I've found, the '07-'13 8v 1200 covers are different and won't work: http://www.tlm.nl/webshop/media/catalog/product/a/4/a45582-1-2.jpg_t_1384340281 What works for us are the covers for the '05-'08 IE 1100: http://www.stein-dinse.biz/images/product_images/popup_images/06023500.jpg Very cool. I really like the idea of using the round fin covers too...
