Progress! Definitely replace those relays with the Picker Component items, apply Caig® DeOxit to every connector you come across (don't get it on any soft seals inside the connectors).

If you don't have a quality digital multimeter, get one. It will pay you back over your V11 Guzzi experience!

Went for a short ride today, probably not long enough to run the battery down if it's still not charging. Good thing as I forgot to take my booster pack with me just in case. We'll see if the weather cooperates when I'll be home next in 2 weeks. It occurs to me that seat cable might have push one of the relays out of contact and caused the problem.

Your bike's charging system is 1 working or 2 not working. Choose one .

Yes.

EDIT: after a quick glance at the schematic, I actually can't see how the seat release cable between those two relays might cause your charging problem. Nevertheless, it is between, according to my notes, the relay for the ECU and the relay for fuel/coil/ignition. If the cable dislodges one or both of those, the bike will not run. Get it out of there, even if it is not the cause of the charging problem. B)
