There are at most a handful of Guzzis at the show, usually more in the parking lot that field. 20 and older means the Greenie isn't eligible for a couple more years, although if I tough it out on the 850-T again I'll put it on the field. I was hoping to get the Norton done before the show but that's not going to happen. Next year!!!!

  2. Funny, I came to the same conclusions about the vent; a larger tube and a small filter. Still, we'll do a comparison with my patch. I'd feel more comfortable if I'd brazed a piece of square stock over the hole rather than something that can possibly dislodge, although it's tight and glued and probably won't be noticed if it gets in the gears. We'll see.

  3. Take a look at Guzzitech.dk and Jens Lycks archive, 1100 sports vent modifications,,, probbably some other ideas there to. Bought my tonti from Jens,,, with an extremly well built electrical system by him. ( Seen your 1000 build,, rollers, yes impressed ) Cheers tom

  4. Installed a new regulator that I got from Guzzitech. I like to replace old, iffy parts before they leave me stranded. Also installed 90 degree adapters on the battery so I had something easier to put clamps on if needed.....I carry a little jump starter battery with me in my tank bag. It’s already saved my ass once. Did a quick 40 mile rounder through the west part of Atlanta.
