  1. If you have pictures that would be great. Always interesting to see how different engines handle the oil pressure release.
  2. Will you have before and after dyno results to compare?
  3. That does make sense. I believe the tanks are nylon, which does attract water. Am I correct on the tank material?
  4. Someone got a little out of hand with the HDR photo setting.
  5. Although the titanium one is pretty cool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. It finally warmed up enough last week for me to get out for a spin. According to the voltmeter on my heated grips it never went over 13.5v. Seems to be working right. One less thing to worry about.
  7. I've been in contact with the builder. He's now sold the bike to a mate. The tank apparently started as a LeMans tank. I assume heavily modified to fit the spine frame. He didn't take pictures during the build. Hands down the best customized V11 Sport ever.
  8. Not when you’re going for the class land speed record. We showed a great little film on Rollie Free at the film festival a couple years ago. While a dry documentary it was still fascinating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Seats are for wimps.
  10. Would assembly lube also work?

  12. Good! I was going to snap it up and resell it for much more but I'd rather someone here have it.
  13. The Bimota? yes it is and small. I'm 6'2" and it was the only bike I've ever owned that while riding along no part of the bike was visible to you, even in your peripheral vision. Was like wooshing along 1/2 meter off the ground suspened in space. An absolute bastard to work on as well. Ciao I think he means the LeMans. I'm guessing custom tank and seat and modified side covers. And exhaust.
  14. Great finds!
  15. I went through all that trouble mounting the Ram mount to the steering head and I wish I had known about these. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Quality-Aluminum-Alloy-Stainless-Steel-Adjustable-Motorcycle-Tank-Phone-Holder/292675133847?fits=Model%3AV11%7CMake%3AMoto+Guzzi&epid=28022438950&hash=item4424cc2197:g:21IAAOSwKdZbbQdX

  17. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011350112957 I highly suspect it's this guy based on the pictures on Facebook. It looks like a custom bike would be much trouble for him. I sent him a message via Facebook. I'll let you know what I find out.
  18. Not that I have seen. That's amazing! Needs an 1100 LeMans on the side cover. I wonder what they used for a tank? Anymore details?
  19. Proper bike with ribbed front tire and no fender.
  20. On a bike of this value you might as well tear it down and make sure it's right.
  21. It didn't say sold so I suspect they ended the auction for a sale on the side. So we won't know the actual sale price.
  22. If you do your own work a lift is mandatory. With the HF ones available all day for $299 with a coupon, it’s the best investment ever. Every single person who gets a lift says the exact same thing, why didn’t I get one sooner? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yes, the only reason I haven't bought one yet is space. I'll be putting up a backyard shed soon, and that will free up garage space for the lift. I do my own work and have a couple other bikes so it will get used often. They drop low enough that you can get some cars over them. Especially if you have an SUV. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. I installed the regulator I got from czakky a couple weeks ago. Friday was the first decent day we’ve had in a long while. I took the bike out for a spin. The regulator worked great, voltage never went above 13.5v with the heated grips on high. It’s not that warm here yet!
