  1. Yes the TPS on my 1100 sport looks the same as my V11 sport.
  2. My 1997 1100 sport has idle stop screws
  3. When asking about the bleed screw settings, I am thinking about the bike running lean or rich (the sweet spot) Not as much about balance.
  4. What are you saying by - and a half and fully closed? The link list one turn out?
  5. Is the setting the same for a 1100 sport and a V11 sport for bleed screw opening? I have read 1 full turn and 3/4 turn opening. And would matter if air filter is stock or not?
  6. A set of stainless oval Mistral exhaust from MG Cycles for my 2002 V11 LeMans cost $671.00 They only cost $568.00 from Stein Dinse shipping included.
  7. I read on an other post not to pull the axle all the way out, Only about 6or7 inches That it makes the job easier. Is this correct?
  8. Can someone please tell me the correct way to remove the rear wheel on an 2001 V11 Rosso Mandello? I tried to break the axle bolt but the axle turned with it. What size hex key is used for the other side of the axle? And what should be lubed when the wheel is off?
  9. It would be nice to see some Moto Guzzi's in the parade.
  10. Would this be Elk Grove Power Sports in California?
  11. The links not working for me, Is the bike still available?
  12. A bike just like this bike sold for $30,000.00 within the last year in south california at a dealer on consignment.
  13. I see the grease fitting at the rear joint Then with the wheel off grease the splines between the wheel and rear end. What else needs to be greased besides the front joint?
  14. Are there any V!! maintenance videos on how to grease driveline and splines.- Tune up - Valve Adjustment. And others?
  15. I have another question about the 1100 sport. One of my bikes has a hose connecting the vacuum port from the right cylinder to the left cylinder. The other bikes have a cap or a plug, no hose. Would connecting the to cylinders have a bad effect on how the bike runs?
  16. Docc, You said to release clamps of the rearward rubber intakes from the back of the throttle bodies and push those rubber tubes out of the way into the airbox. Then will the throttle bodies move back to make room to install the new rubbers?
  17. Weegie Said I may need to remove the airbox. How do you do that? Lucky Phil, I'm sorry but I don't understand your post. Could you please explain how to replace the boots again Step By step, It sounds like a big job.
  18. I just noticed that the rubber intake boots have cracks in them. I don't know if this is part of the problem or not. How hard of a job is it to change them, I read someone here talk about soaking them in hot water and using grease on them to install. What's the correct way to change them, do you need to remove the the tank and airbox? I also heard about using SHIN-ETSU grease on them.
  19. I'll check the sensors. The sprint air filter is like a k&n. TPS is spot on 156.5MV. Throttle bodies look to be balanced on the carb mate but any adjustments do not help
  20. My 1997 1100 sport ran fine. Then I installed a sprint air filter and Mistral exhaust, Now the bike runs like crap. Could I have a problem with one of the connections under the gas tank when I installed the air filter?
  21. I don't see the upcoming race listed on NBC TV
  22. I just purchased a 1997 1100 sport that arrived without a steering damper. Dose anyone have one to sell to me?
