  1. Yes, I'll take 3 and field my own private race team and pretend "Battle of the Twins" is still an active racing class.
  2. Gorgeous, elegant machine. Great choice. So jealous.
  3. Matz, the V11 LeMans truly is a gorgeous machine. Congrats. I hope to also find mine soon...
  4. You are correct. I'm used to reading ads where the machine has been sitting for years. I've read around a dozen Guzzi V11 ads in the last month. It is sweet, but still beyond my budget. I'd love to own that machine, but the numbers have to work for both sides.
  5. Just bring back the big block LeMans, damnit.
  6. It is magnificent...but out of my budget of 6k. Ticks all of my boxes, but I always budget an additional $1k post sale for a stockpile of OEM/NOS parts and service I know will be needed, or close to being needed. Unless the tires are brand new, I always change them, strait away. I also change all fluids and any leaking seals, that way, I'm starting fresh. Love that machine, though. It is sex.
  7. Yes, well, that machine would never be under consideration. No cruisers/chopped machines for me.
  8. More dino burners for me. Electric? Ever see a Tesla on fire? Want to sit on one when it randomly goes hot while riding? Hot exhaust is enough for me. 😂
  9. I had not even considered that Guzzi would go OHC again. I thought they would keep the OHV setup. Interesting.
  10. Here we...go. I'm not impressed with the design. Looks like the CARC rear box, though. I'm sure it will be an amazing machine, but the style lets me down a little. I'm fine with eventually breaking with tradition, and going water-cooled, turning the heads, etc. It still looks unmistakably like one of Mandello's finest...but it only makes me lust after a crude and beefy V11 LeMans/Sport even more. If Guzzi were wise, they would use this platform to bring back the LeMans with retro style like BMW's R9T. I hope this machine sells well.
  11. Just imagine being an Italian Corvette enthusiast. That's how I feel right about now. "Sergio, go buy a Fiat Uno!" "No! I want a Corvette!" That's me right now. 😆
  12. Our Italian friends are spoiled for choice. Le sigh...
  13. It would cost me at least $4k to undo the "improvements" on that machine. That's not what I'm looking for. I want a clean, mostly stock machine.
  14. 27k miles, heavily modded, and 7k before shipping. Not my bike. I want something mostly stock. Upgraded or stock exhaust is fine, but I think a V11 LeMans or V11 Sport, aesthetically, can hardly be improved upon. I love the looks of these machines just as they are.
