its the same green flash for both - doesn't differentiate on LH or RH flasher, will check the connections. thanks

I noticed the other day that the signal indicator was only flashing when I set signal to right but not left. The actual front and rear signal lights worked fine for both. Hi and Low beam indicator works. Later on signal indicator worked for both directions. What causes this sort of intermittent signal indicator issue and is this a known problem & solution?

I don't think it was properly adjusted. Throttle seems fine now. It worked before I removed the idle lever thing when I put new grips on last year.

my v11 came with a mechanical cc left of the throttle, i thought it interfered with the throttle rotation so i got rid of it.

its been warm enough to go for a few rides with my transformed guzzi... 50s during the day here ... salt is pretty much washed off the roads, though road crews havent fixed the pot holes yet ... stock airbox makes the v11 sounds better, even great, it sounds better ... i don't notice a power difference at all - seems like a totally appropriate and good refit .... rizoma mirrors are awesome (thanks again @Lucky Phil) no wobble, nice coatings, and as you said i have totally forgotten how much they cost and only notice the quality ... maybe my next initiative will be to remap to gain better MPG if possible. Oil change is complete (purchased the oil filter wrech suggested by @gstallons) Bike is running great. just need some better cold weather pants and a baklava for these early spring days.

Thought I'd read up on oil change before I did mine this year. I have all the supplies, including sump gasket. Seems like some folks say its an annual thing regardless of mileage and others change oil every 5,000 miles and the filter every 10,000 Is this correct? I changed the oil and filter at 26.5k miles about a year and a half ago. Now at 28.2k. Has a consensus been reached here over the years on how often to change the oil and filter?

Thanks Phil I got the adapters for a 2000 Ducati monster 600 - Revzilla didn't list MG V11 - which came with the correct bolt you recommended for the V11. The kit included 5 different bolts, so it seems pretty universal.

i took off my mouse ears and ordered up some Rizomas, low end, $80 each plus 2 mounts.

Does anyone have any recommendations on bar end weights for my 2000 v11? I am sort of restoring it to original, and have completed getting the stock air box re-installed. Sounds nicer. Its cold here and roads are salty so haven't gotten a proper ride in yet. Now want to rid myself of the bar end mirrors. Always bumping into the wood pile in garage. Thinking of the "standard" mirrors on MG Cycle and need some bard end weights Any recommendations appreciated.

I was listening to Lex Freidman podcast with Walter Isaacson and they were talking about Tesla, particularly Elon Musk's decision to remove ladar from tesla cars auto-pilot. Its a somewhat controversial decision, forcing the car to use only visual data to make decisions about driving, similar to humans.

So the diagram has their positions reversed? ok, well I got an extra pair of them I guess

This is what I have on it currently. Looks like one piece vs 2 in diagram. Also, airbox end doesn't flair out to seal against the box, so I think its not correct.

My winter project is hopefully to complete a reinstall of the airbox on my V11. Having some trouble finding parts that go from throttle body to air box, specifically #19 in attached image. #4 are still for sale on mgcycle. Anyone have a source for decent used parts possibly? If not I may have to "modify" whats there somehow to make a tight connection to the airbox.
