My V11 odometer just passed 30k. Its been decent weather this Fall for commuting. Also, my second season with the Road 5s and they don't show any noticeable wear yet, as far as I can tell. Maybe have put 4-5k on then so far... And, I like the stock airbox sound. Definite improvement. My next task - maybe this Winter - is to either rebuild my leaky steering dampener or get a new one. Any recommendations?

Just noticed the listed specs, range of ~85 miles, and a price of ~20,000 USD, not really even usable for my commute to work without a charge.

tom cruise doesn't look like tom cruise to me any more ... but he is most definitely capable of doing his own amazing stunts.

I put a zip tie on my right fork and after commuting to work and home again, ~ 50 miles, its about 42 mm from the bottom. Both still feel dry.

I bought a Seal Doctor at RevZilla. After commute to work this morning, my left fork does not appear to be weeping, so fingers crossed. I did bite on the Ali seals. I may or may not use them, but for $5 bucks for two seals and covers, with free shipping from mainland China, worth further evaluation. I share Phil's skepticism. Will be interested in hearing how well LaGrasta's set works out.

found this video over the weekend - its a bit long but goes thru the entire process on forks similar to V11

On the ride home yesterday, I noticed my left front fork appears to be weeping a little bit. Right one seems ok. I've read thru some of the various threads about forks and will dig around for some 35mm film and see if I can reseat existing seal and get thru the season. Looking for a tutorial or something that outlines the steps to replace the seals, what seals to buy, and any special tools needed, etc. Will look thru the manual later tonight.

At the office, the shop radio plays the same 100 +/- songs every single day. My office is unfortunately upstairs near one of the speakers and so I wear noise cancelling head phones when I'm there. This situation has caused me to really dislike the 2 or 3 old Bill Joel and Phil Collins songs that get played over and over again day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, in particular, Piano Man. The Guzzi connection has redeemed him somewhat in my mind but I still hate the songs.

just to be clear, my original post is not about LEDs, I just have the stock lights and turn signal indicator.

I've heard good things about Cozumel, although I didn't dive when I was there. I did do some nice dives in Saint Martin (before kids). I would not recommend southern Florida unless you drive 40+ miles west into the Gulf. Viz is not great closer to shore.

Hey @MartyNZ Clicking to that other thread I notice your manual has a parts blowout of the instrument panel. Mine does not have this in section G Could you send me those pages?

its the same green flash for both - doesn't differentiate on LH or RH flasher, will check the connections. thanks

I noticed the other day that the signal indicator was only flashing when I set signal to right but not left. The actual front and rear signal lights worked fine for both. Hi and Low beam indicator works. Later on signal indicator worked for both directions. What causes this sort of intermittent signal indicator issue and is this a known problem & solution?
