  6. HOME EXERCISE start by holding a 5 lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold for as long as you can. try to reach a full minute, then relax. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for a bit longer. After a couple of weeks move up to a 10 lb potato sack in each hand, repete the exercise, Move up to a 50 lb potato sack and then eventually to a 100 lb potato sack in each hand and hold your arms staight for more than a minute. (l'm at this level) After you feel confident at this level, put a potato in each of those sacks Cheers Van

    TENNI REGISTRY

Hello all Tenni owners!! Very pleased to tell you that the registry was up-dated and that Jaap was good enough to download it and put it up in the site. That makes it 64 of the 170 built found as of March 22nd 2008. Interesting that bike #T001 the first Tenni is in Australia with Kieth Rowe and #170 the last Tenni is in the UK with Ian Mottram. Nice to know that we have the first and the last found! Now does anybody know what number was raced at the Isle of Man 2002 TT ? and what about the tenni in the Guzzi Museum ? Looking at the list it seems that; #'s T001 -T011 the early Tenni's went to Australia first, #'s T013-T017 to the U.K. #'s T021-T046 to Japan #'s T047-T104 Europe #'s T105-T140 USA (and later #125 & #139 to Canada) #'s T146-T161 Europe #'s T165-T170 the final Tenni's to the U.K. with some luck there'll be a few more Tenni's discovered at the MGNA rally in Malibu California this June so hope to add a few more ! Cheers Van

I just followed the thread that Racer-X has on this site...(see above) sent him the $$ for the rally and the $$ for the track day at the same time on pay-pal , easy... just get hold of Racer X I plan on arriving on the Tues. or Wens. and finding that everything will be just fine....meeting a great crowd, and playing on the roads in the area.. then arriving at the track on Fri. and having a fun track day, learning alot about riding the Tenni and setting up the bike ( any help, hints, advise, will be greatfully received) thats the plan. Cheers Van

DJ.. Ok Brian, here's your 3 questions, you said that you were married, so when did you last have sex? Brian..Sara' going to kill me, but, at about 8 o'clock this morning. DJ..OK, "atta boy Brian!! DJ.. so Brian, how long did it last? Brian.. ummm, about 10 minutes. DJ.. Ok, that must be true, no guy would have said that if they didn't really want the trip prize. DJ..Brian, where did you have sex for 10 minutes this morning at 8 o'clock?? Brian..ahh, well, it wasn't so great, it was on the kitchen table, you see her mom was in the shower at the time so... Sara.. 'up the arse.....' seems they had to call a medic for the DJ he laughed so hard they thought he'd have a stroke and there seems to have been a high call out for the traffic cops for minor fender benders right after this was on...... Cheers Van
  23. The topic was "smoked a V-Rod" and got me thinking 1) didn't think a V 11 would dust off a V-Rod in a straight off run, a twisty road yes, but on a straight? 2) while on the subject of The Motor Company, the only H.D.'s l ever liked were the sportsters, although the cafe racerish bike they built in the seventies was pretty cool Cheers van
