  1. It looks military, some kind of foldable paratrooper bike? For pulling a light (machine)gun maybe?
  2. still no right answers, not even close...
  3. Jim, the image won't load anymore, I'll see what I can do. Wild guess: Japan?
  4. Don't worry, almost every dutchmen speaks/writes english. I'll tell them if they have questions on the forum to ask them in english.
  5. Jens, I forwarded your project to the dutch Guzzi forum: http://www.mgcn.nl/forum/index.php?showtopic=4654
  6. Have to disappoint you; found the pic online. and ... sorry, no points for effort!
  7. It was probably a loose bullet connector under the tank. Luigi made the wires a bit too short, so there is tension that loosens the connectors. I don't know of any V11 without that specific problem... Did you have to shortwire it? I would fix this though. Riding off with jiffy out can cause serious accidents. Succes ermee!
  8. All no... ( Oh, and Ben, check my sig... )
  9. That's cool... I sat together with Paul eating Barilla pasta on the same bench where you took this picture!

A dutch bike mag compared the Norge with the Beemer tourer. The Norge came up first.
  12. The bike was originally built for a different purpose...
  13. no, no and no again... Ben, how long 'till I get a stumper?
  14. No, no and no...
  15. Too bad! Worst of all: I can't make it that weekend... (After rereading my post I have to say that the innkeepers sudden death is ofcourse the worst of all; not me not being able to make it)
  16. All wrong! There is a colorful clue in the picture. Jim. Thanks for the video! Great to see some dutch world beaters...
  17. Make, model, year?
  18. The Stein Dinse wheels are NOT tubeless. However, the price is a lot cheaper than the Rossopuro/Alpine tubeless set. Personally I wouldn't go back to riding with tubes. Tyre choice is also limited (correct me if I'm wrong).
  19. No. The 90's were a motorcycle free decade for me. I wasn't even interested in following the races. I regret this now very much and I have to live with the fact that I didn't see the Britten in action, for the rest of my life...
  20. Last week I received the Britten DVD in the mail. I ordered it at Pitstop in Australia What an absolute brilliant documentary! Britten's passion and perseverance are amazing. And the sound of the V1000... that alone is worth buying it.
  21. Both pics are sorted under "fashion gits from the 80's", but I don't see the connection with pidgin italian
  22. Antonio will get you a good deal on Öhlins stuff.
