mznyc
Oh man, sorry to hear that.Hope your insurance covers you. It won't be easy to sell that stuff as the MG market is small and probably more than 50% of the UK V11 owners are on the forum. So here's to catching the sticky finger bas&@ds Do you know how to set up Ebay notifications? You can do a search for V11 parts and save it,ask Ebay to notify you of any new listings.Works pretty well. ScuRoo
Aw shit, I feel for ya Mike. I hope they do hard-on cell time... Give us a bit of background on the theft - was it from home garage or street? What security did they get through on the bike? Any suggestions? Give us a bit of background on the theft - was it from home garage or street? What security did they get through on the bike? Any suggestions? no just the steering lock and chain... But it was covered up and out of sight from the road, whoever took it wanted a guzzi v11 with all the trimmings. i hadnt ridden the bike for a week as i feeling a bit off ,the battery was flat and id disconnected it. seriously though the thing was dripping in parts,i had it for just over 10 years and rode it most days ,it will turn up somewhere and someone will be offered the parts or the bike as a whole.the speedo shows 19000 the orange pointer bit has faded and fallen off and the trip dosn,t work properly, the paint is faded and bubbled on the tank,it has a carbon tank pad,a cat eye lens in the back of the seat hump as well takes an 18/5 w lamp it looks used not pristine at all keep an eye out
