I find it really interesting and useful to see the order that people go through a bike - especially when one is working on a multiple owner bike that has been modified or in need of quite a bit of work. While the project is in process, it creates (at least for me) some suspense - I can't wait to see how Craig's bike turns out with the Laverda fairing. As a resource, it seems that this type of thread would be useful to new owners who need to go through their new-to-them bikes. I know that Chamberlin's thread will be super-useful to me as I go through the 2003 LeMans, and maybe I'll start a thread for that bike when I get started. I had stumbled into that thread randomly a few times, based on searches. But this is the first time I really got to appreciate it as a total project. I must have a total of at least three extra feet of harness under that tank. I am starting to think I may go full monty and just completely redo the bike including completely new electrics..
