  1. Alright, For how much reading you've obviously done, and book smarts you think you have, I don't see why youre so obtuse to anything outside your own right wing (hiding in left wing clothes) agenda. I think you go out of your way to ignore everything printed in opposition to your spewing on here. I don't think anyone needs or likes or cares for a reminder of all the skewed in your direction statistics or "bad science" you keep posting which is always 100% off topic, I dear say what if everything you've learned is wrong, then who is ignorant? I'm reminded of the Adolf Hitler Nazi party, Philip IV the Fair, The Spanish inquisition, The McCarthy hearings, The cold war. I dear say this is nothing new but why its on a Moto Guzzi motorcycle forum sure beats the PISS OUTTA ME.
  2. is it just me or does the torq curve NOT look very good, numbers aside its a roller coaster
  3. The more you think you know, the less objective you are The more facts you find, you forget or dismiss the ones that don't agree with you The more you pound a point to death, the less everyone else listens. it is just a theory mind you.
  4. I bet if you show enough sources and use mostly opinions and add big enough fonts for flair, you can get ratchet to believe the world is indeed still flat and the sun revolves around the earth, those ideas once had credible sources too.
  5. whats a credible source than some dumbass that just wrote it down, maybe most of your "credible" sources never left their computer room to actually find out anything, (Worked for CBS for years), so don't go thinking everything you have is a credible source, I know you can't doubt everything you read but come on, first hand knowledge like Greg has is where these idiots get their articles from and usually f it up in the process so its all wrong.
  6. found'em, twitaker posted about it awhile back http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14810&st=0&p=160767&fromsearch=1entry160767
  7. REDLINE all the way, I swear by them now, I currently use Agip but I'm going back to redline, same god damn price anyway. the rest of this, an OIL THREAD? in AFRICA?
  8. it doesn't move them that far forward, I checked it out with my bike moving my feet to where the fwd pegs would be only swings your feet fwd not your whole leg, it would work fine and just on the freeway to unbuckle the knees once in awhile or move the weight on my backside around for a bit
  9. there were some pics of some highway pegs for the V11, anyone know if any were ever made, I really want a set, and if not, anyone want to make a set? I buy I BUY, wish I was talented enough to make my own, don't know if I'll even be able to find the pic now but I still think about it with 3 feet of snow on the ground, would be a great addition and give her longer legs for me to go outside metro travel.
  10. this video makes me want a harley even less than ever, Thank you harley I was on the bubble and you popped it.
  11. everyone should get a point, BFG had a point but he didn't pay for his implants, made a sex tape and didnt uphold his contractual obligations so he was stripped of his points per Donald Trumps executive order.
  12. imagine the bowl is global warming, and the stick is political debate. . . http://www.todaysbigthing.com/2010/02/02
  13. I have an old spyder SE paintball marker, I only play about once a year so it works for me, but I wish I had the power feed hopper, don't think I can fit one on mine, oh well.
  14. I have a AUG airsoft rifle, can we use that instead? I LOVE the styer aug, would love to shoot one for real, I also think a few around here could use a few welts, I think jaap has been closing them faster american automakers.
  15. would that warm the planet too? or cool it?
  16. yes this worries me, I'll have to try and go out of my way to get straight unadditive gas, its way more expensive and hard to find but as often as I can to slow the process on my new tank and my RSVR, I've heard ethanol be attributed to eating up a few RSVR fuel pumps, so I'm not thrilled I am virtually stuck with it.
  17. I LOVE mcn's qoute about the 1200 sport 8v on youtube, "More Maserati than Ferrari" So true of the new breed of Guzzi bikes, Too bad the griso would look terrible with bags, damnit I need some luggage at least a little to really want to get one, or just say F it and get it? what would be a good comparison for the older style V11's "more (what) than (what)" is my question
  18. pirelli calendar is out, and I must say, HOTTER THAN EVER, you have to be special to see it on their site so here it is not on their site http://jalopnik.com/5458817/2010-pirelli-c...with-tires-nsfw

    Custom V11

I love it all but the white tank, make it a rossomandello tank and I'm sold
  20. I should just get a griso, who needs a hardly
  21. well if you do swap them out for progrips also get heavier bar ends, it will take the vibes down by half, if these work for my aprilia I would consider buying them from you, I was going to go black or silver but I can make an exception if it helps both of us, not sure if those would work on my RSV tho I know they make them for the RSV but I don't know if they're any different
  22. I did 160, oh wait that was on the Aprilia, most I've seen on the guzzi is about 110 but I also have the sport and the wind is too killer for anything above a ton, it was almost too easy on the RSV I could imagine with bigger displacement and HP it could hit 200, which for me is NO THANKS
  23. you can't be serious? how do you manage with a plastic tank, MAYBE a heat gun but direct flame sounds like a really bad idea, and the WHOLE tank is larger like someone inflated it, as in the term its slightly swelled at least in my case
