  1. Hey Edge, In the piccy on the other thread what is the black additional fairing on your bike. Thanks, Darryl
  2. To make sure I never put that into a search engine. Please tell me what you were searching for.
  3. "Apparently there are some longer ones available." Do the longer mirrors look like the LeMans mirrors? I like the look but I'm getting real sick of loking at my elbows..
  4. http://www.amadirectlink.com/news/2006/Riverside4.asp Wow, your own land....
  5. Just curious. Are more of those shirts available? I shrunk mine....
  6. I have always wanted a helmet painted like the Cadbury Creme Egg wrapper...
  7. Well congatulations. We need a cigar smiley....... So now you get an old beater that you and the little one can work on in future years....
  8. Will the Breva 750 get a bump in displacement?
  9. Some doofus puts a Mussolini sticker on his bike and America is colonizing Iraq and Afghanistan. Why does it always get back to the evil Americans? He has the right to put the sticker on and we have the right to make fun of him...
  10. Hooters Air is closing down. With that kind of stewardess I wouldn't give a fig about the destination...
  11. Thanks for all the help. I looped the front ends under the spine. I rode in this morning and it held up great. One little piccy would have been nice though....
  12. Sorry BFG, It's the Official Moto Guzzi tank bag bought from an official Moto Guzzi dealer that knows what bike I have. It even says V11 LeMans on the plastic bag it came in. No tag inside the bag or anything that says different. Has the Moto Guzzi logo on it. On the upper Y legs are two strap sewn into the base. These strap have a femal plastic buckle sewn over the top of them. I have routed the straps around the head and buckled into the other Y leg opposite. So right strap is around the head and buckled to the left female part of the buckle and vice versa. Seems to be a strong tight fit, but just feels odd. Well Jim at Ned's is in tomorrow, I'll see if that is the way it should be hooked up. Thanks I hear you comrade Smirnoff...........
  13. Well I made sure I was getting the Moto Guzzi V11 LeMans tank bag. So the darn thing should work. The bolt fits great and the hole for the gas cap is perfectly aligned, but I can't for the life of me see a simple place for the two straps up top. Oh well, More beer for me. Maybe a vodka tonic is in order, that'll get the brain going..........
  14. Sadly, now I need real answers. The pad that gets left on the bike when you unzip the bag/backback is shaped like a big Y. The bottom part of the Y has two holes. Does the bolt that secures the back of the tank go through one of those holes securing the base of the Y under the seat? The top of the Y has two straps that are adjustable. What do they secure to? They don't secure to the forks or triple clamps do they? Wouldn't that interfere with steering? I can not believe this is this confusing to me! When I saw it had no instructions or pictures I knew I was in trouble...
  15. I'm thinking of Blue Rams, and maybe introduce a good size school of Rummy nose tetras at a later date. The Rams are small so I shouldn't need very big bags. I hadn't thought of the O2 source. Maybe i'll try it with the bag open for awhile...
  16. Ok Guys, I'm getting ready to tackle the installation of my newest accessory. My question is do you think I can do it? My tank bag came in This is the one that my wife (maybe ex soon) got me as a Christmas present. Came in yesterday. No instructions so I am kind of nervous about screwing up the install. Will I need special tools???????
  17. Consider this my official request for a set. Just let me know price when/if you decide to start another run. Thanks
  18. Very short show this week..............
  19. SV650. Lots of used ones available, and lots of aftermarket support.
  20. Nice looking risers! How much were they? Thanks, Darryl
  21. Better than Dr Phil.....
  22. My wife gave me a Lemans Tank Bag for Christmas. Well it was actually a receipt for a tank bag, but it is still on back order. I'm thinking of changing it to a Bagster type....
  23. Congratulations Bill. I'm not sucking up for a ride, but I really do love that paint scheme.
  24. Hey, How can both posts say I have 69 posts? I am a Nicky Hayden fan though. How did he pick that number? I've been married to long to know what the number means Global Warming? I'm still cold though...
