Orson
The eagle design is really nice!
Guzzirider
Just stunning Jaap- you have done a brilliant job there. In fact yours looks much better than GBs own bike in their publicity photos. The lines are much cleaner without the Quat D, and your paint design is superb. Maybe you should be cheeky and see if they will pay you or give you some bits if you volunteer to let your bike be professionally photographed for the website / brochures. Dan M
Outstanding Jaap. The large version of the old style falcon is perfect.

Scottie
I am definitely curious of the overall budget for one of these... too bad my impatience would likely preclude me from being able to get such a gorgeous end product. Congrats to you. Very nice bike Thank you for sharing its creation.

Guzzirider
Just saw the price- HOEVEEL?????? Its a nice bike- I think Jaap has posted pics of this one before and I like the green paint but for some reason it does not look at well finished as Jaap's. luhbo
Nicy nice, me Jaap. But, what will happen to all this here once you've got married? Hubert
Admin Jaap
Don't worry, I'll never get married. And this site will continue as long as I like running it. And that could be a very long time. BTW, the girl is a semi-professional model, about half my age...

Orson
The eagle design is inspired Is that your idea? If it's not too probing, can you give us a rough estimate on the total cost?
Admin Jaap
The eagle design was indeed my idea. I liked the stylized lion on the recent Aprilas and used that as inspiration. Estimated total costs including donor bike, wheels, Öhlins goodies, paint-job and all new parts like clipons: € 17.500,- (of course own working hours are not included)
docc
BTW, the girl is a semi-professional model, about half my age... That would make her 18 or 19, I suppose. She doesn't look 12. And by "semi-professional" this means she could be talked into something unprofessional about half the time?
